Tabular View offers a traditional, spreadsheet-style view of your data that is organized into familiar rows and columns. You can add, edit and delete data as needed and your entire table is searchable. Tabular view also allows for analysis such as filtering, bucketing, grouping and aggregate functions.

Add / Edit / Delete
Adding, deleting and editing data works as you would expect it to in a spreadsheet. When you click Add, a dialog box will appear that you can complete. With both Edit and Delete, you will click the action, then select the row you would like to take the action on.
You may sort any column by clicking on the arrows on the left side of the column header.
Clicking on the Filter button will put you into Filter Mode, where you then can click on any column header to apply the filter of your choice. Here's an example of a filter dialog box. You can learn more about Qrvey's filter options here.
Bucketing allows you to group multiple items into a single item. You can learn more about bucketing here. Bucketing works just like applying a filter. Click on the Bucket button, then click any column header and follow the instructions provided in the dialog.
Grouping will reorganize your spreadsheet to place like items together. In the example below, we took the original example provided at the top of this document and grouped by the "Where do you live?" column. You'll notice that the grouped column was moved to the left and all of the records were grouped below each item in this column.
To remove grouping, just look for this status bar and click Close on the right.
You can create your own formulas and calculated columns inside of tabular view that can be used throughout Qrvey's analytics. Learn more about custom calculations.
You can apply aggregates to any column by selecting the Aggregate button and then clicking the arrow that appears on the header of the column you're looking to apply the aggregate on. For text and date fields, you will see only a few options, but for numeric fields you'll find a host of aggregation options as shown below.
Once you have selected a type of aggregate, you'll see the result appear inside the column you selected.
Show / Hide Columns
You may show or hide any column by clicking Select Columns and then checking and unchecking the desired columns.
Search is always available in the upper left corner of tabular view and will search all fields for the criteria you enter.
Export / Share
Finally, tabular view will allow you to export and share your data. Downloads are available in JPG, PDF and CSV formats. Sharing will create a publicly-accessible link and share it on social media or via email in your favorite email client.
