One small but power feature in Analytics is sentiment analysis, the ability to tell whether a particular comment is positive or negative. Sentiment analysis is automatically applied to all short and long text fields, as well as NPS comment fields, and is a very useful tool when you're quickly scanning your results.
To view sentiment analysis on a short text, long text or comment field in Summary or Detailed view, just select Sentiment from the drop down list. You will also find sentiment analysis when applying filters to any text field.
You will then see your data categorized into Positive and Negative comments.
