Net Promoter Score ®, or NPS®, is a metric that businesses can use to track their success in the eyes of their customers over time. Qrvey makes it easy to set up and run NPS, just follow the steps below:

Creating an NPS

From inside your application, choose  Web Forms from the menu bar on the left.  The menu can be expanded and collapsed by clicking anywhere along the orange bar.

Then click the  Create Web Form button and select NPS from the list of Web Form options and click Create New.

Next, give your NPS a short name and description by clicking on the title box.

Then click on the first question and replace YOUR BUSINESS with your business name.  Since NPS is a standardized metric, you are not able to change the text of this question, only the business name.

Next, you may choose whether or not to require comments.  By default, comments are optional, but you can make them required by clicking the three-dot menu and selecting Make Required from the lower-right corner of the question panel. 

You can choose to customize the page respondents will see after they submit your NPS by choosing Add Custom Thank You Page. The custom page will allow you to define a title, message and link for respondents to follow. 

At the bottom of the NPS you'll find the  E-mail request area where you can choose to ask respondents for an email address so that you can identify them later. If you'd like to make an email address mandatory, simply check the box, then provide a label or instruction in the space provided.  You also have the option to allow multiple responses from a single individual.  If you do not want to allow duplicates, just check the corresponding box and each email address provided will only be allowed to answer once.

Customizing NPS

Publishing & Using NPS

When you are happy with your NPS and customizations, you can proceed to the Publish tab to active it and being using it.

On the Publish tab, click Activate to allow your form to be viewed.  You can make changes to your NPS at any time by clicking Pause. If you'd like to deactivate your NPS permanently, click End.
