Do you offer a free trial of Qrvey?

Yes.  All Qrvey accounts come with a FREE 15-day trial so you can try out everything Qrvey has to offer.  

 

How do I sign up for a trial?

Signing up for a trial is easy, just visit https://app.qrvey.com and register for an account.    

 

Why does your trial ask me to verify with my credit card info?

In order for Qrvey to send email or SMS messages on your behalf, we require that you verify your identity by providing payment information.  If you will not be sending emails or messages during your trial, you will not need to provide any additional information.  This is simply to prevent spam and abuse and you will not be charged for anything until after your trial period expires.  

 

How do your subscriptions work?

Qrvey subscriptions are billed on an annual basis. After your trial expires, you'll be asked to provide payment information and you will be good to go for the next year.

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew on your anniversary date, but you can visit your profile at any time turn auto-renew off, which will cancel your subscription at the end of your term. You will continue to have access to Qrvey until your term expires.
