Cross-tab tables show the relationship between two or more questions in your qrvey. They provide you with a side-by-side comparison of how different groups or respondents answered your questions. Cross-tabs are great for spotting trends and correlations that you may have otherwise missed. You can view any of your qrvey results in cross-tab form by following the steps below.
First, select they qrvey you'd like to view in your dashboard, then click the Analyze tab as you normally would to see your results, or click See Results directly from the dashboard.
Then, from the top of the page, choose Cross-tab from from the drop down menu to enter the crosstab view.
Cross tabs are created by selecting at least two questions to compare side by side. The first question you select will have its values shown across the top row of the table, while subsequent rows will be shown down the left side of the table. To begin, select the first question you'd like to compare.
Then, select at least one additional question to compare.
Once you have at least two questions selected, a cross-tab table will be created showing the number of answers received for each value of your main question.
You can expand any question to see additional details and apply filters by clicking the Filter button.
If you'd like to see your cross tab from a different angle, you can click Swap to move the main question to the left row and bring the left question to the top. You can also remove questions as needed to get the exact analysis you desire.
As with all Qrvey results, cross-tab tables can quickly be exported to PDG, JPG or CSV formats or shared via email or social media by choosing from the button in the top-right corner of the table.
